Redfin completes $ 137.8 million Bay Equity mortgage

Transaction Data and Financial Guidance

Under the terms of the merger agreement, the purchase price is estimated at $ 137.8 million, representing a premium of $ 72.5 million relative to the material book value of Bay Equity as of February 28, 2022. The final purchase price will be subject to material equity adjustment at Bay Equity at the closing date, as well as some other transaction-related adjustments.
